The School, previously known as the Mill Creek Nursery School was founded in 1966 as an outreach of the Mill Creek Parish United Methodist Church. It opened its doors in 1967 to all members of the surrounding community. Since that time it has undergone tremendous growth. Current student enrollment is 170 with 16 full and part time staff members. This past summer the School was renamed The Mill Creek Parish Preschool (MCPP). It has enjoyed a reputation for excellence and continually works to improve upon the quality educational programs offered to 2, 3 and 4 year old children. MCPP is governed by an Executive Board, appointed by the Mill Creek Parish UMC to oversee the general operations of the program. Meetings are held monthly during the school year.
