2011-2012 Registration Form (PDF)

The Registration process is "Mail In".  Please complete the registration form with a check made payable to Mill Creek Parish Preschool (MCPP) for the $65.00 Application Fee.  Mail these items as follows:

• Mill Creek Parish Church Members should mail registration applications by February 2, 2011.
• "In House" Families (i.e., families who have children currently enrolled in MCPP) should mail registration applications beginning February 9, 2011.
• "Alumni" Families should mail registration applications beginning February 14, 2011.  Please mark "ALUMNI" on the envelope.
• Public Registrations should mail registration applications beginning February 16, 2011.

Registrations will be processed in the order above according to postmark date.  Registrations postmarked prior to the appropriate date, above, will be processed after all other Registrations received for the same group.

Tours of the School are given by appointment beginning in October. Parents are given the opportunity to see the classrooms, observe the children, and to chat with the Director or Administrative Assistant about the curriculum.

Registration for the 2011-2012 school year begins in February, 2011.  Our registration is conducted by mail.  Please call the School for information about the availability of spaces and the registration process.  We are happy to add your child's name to established wait lists if a class is already full.

Registration priority is given to
        -Members of Mill Creek Parish United Methodist Church
        -Currently enrolled students
        -Siblings of currently enrolled students
        -Legacies or siblings of alumni
        -Faculty/Staff members
